Exhibitions 2025

Building on the special exhibition on moulages in 2024, larger parts of the collection can now be permanently presented in a dedicated theme room. The moulages not only have a medical-historical value, but also present real diseases – if they cannot be treated for various reasons. 

"Freighted – Verfrachtet" is the title of the exhibition, which was designed by the South African artist Fritha Langerman and sent on tour worldwide. 

In exhibitions and museums, the topic is usually addressed from the perspective of adults. In the newly designed permanent exhibition ‘Ice Age Children and their World’, the focus has been placed on the experience of children.
